Shipping and Returns
What are Studio Items and Production Partner Items?
Every item is marked either a Studio Item or a Production Partner Item in its product description. All Studio Items are shipped together directly from my studio, while Production Partner Items may be shipped from my Production Partners, separately.
What are your processing times?
For Studio Items, I aim to have items packed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Shipments are usually made on Mondays or Tuesdays.
For Production Partner Items, please check the specific item descriptions for approximate processing times based on Partner estimates.
How long are the shipping times?
|Canada||2 - 10 business days after shipment|
|United States||5 - 15 days after shipment|
|International||7 - 30 days after shipment|
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact me.
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Sometimes there can be additional costs due upon delivery. This is out of my control and unfortunately I cannot know or foresee what additional charges may be incurred when your package arrives.
Should there be additional fees at the door, they are your responsibility to pay. If you do not pay them, then your order will be returned to me, at which point, I will issue you a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost, plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
What should I do if my order is missing?
On rare occasions, a tracking number will state that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it. There are a number of reasons why this may be:
- The carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbour
- The carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to
- The carrier has pre-scanned your package as delivered and will deliver it over the next 1-3 business days
- Your package is being held at your local post office
- Your package was sent to the wrong address
- Delivery of your package was unsuccessful multiple times
Please always check in with neighbours and your local post office first, or wait for 72 hours to see if the package was just pre-scanned prior to actual delivery. If your package is still missing, please contact me, and we can open an investigation to see where your package could be.
Do you accept returns?
All sales at Arcasian are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read the descriptions made in the listings before making your purchase.
My item is damaged, what can be done?
I take quality very seriously, and truly only want the best for every customer! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to their new homes, but on occasion, a damaged product could slip past me! Please contact me, and we will will work out for either a replacement or a refund of the product.
