Ghost Gallery Postcard

Pictures paint themselves on the walls, a gallery of what feels like a short and long time all at once. Cups of tea, a stack of books, an ode to never letting go. That time we ate by the park, dogs fetching in the distance, two halves of a whole sandwich.

I deliberately look for the one you baked in your oven, for the photo that smells of fresh bread and melted butter. It reminds me, so gently, that there's still so much I have yet to know.
